How does it apply?
On the skin: Dilute a few drops with water or another vegetable oil such as sweet almond oil and apply on a cotton ball, massaging it into the skin.
In the mouth: Dilute drops with water and rinse for 30 seconds.
For inhalation: Apply a few drops in a diffuser or vaporizer.
