Exitenn Exi-neutral Neutralizer 100ml
Neutralizer for use with the Exi-Perm perm. The neutralizer eliminates the residues of the chemical products that have been put on the hair to curl it, stabilizing the PH of the hair fibers. This product cares for the structure of the hair, preventing the deterioration of the microfibrils or hair cortex.

How to use
