Farmavita Life Universal Neutralizer 1000ml
After the action of the permanent liquid, the neutralizer consolidates the sulphate bridges, rebuilding them in the new shape that gives the "curl" curler.
It is a cationic emulsion to silicones, it improves the characteristics of the action and the result obtained with the permanent liquid.
How to use
- Soak the curler in neutralizer.
- Leave for 5-10 minutes. Time passed.
- Remove the curler.
- Apply more neutralizer to hair.
- Leave 5 minutes.
- Rinse with water.
