Once the permanent is developed, rinse the hair with abundant water and towel dry. Impregnate the curlers with the neutralizing liquid. Leave on for 5 minutes, unwind the curlers and re-impregnate the strands of hair with the neutralizer. After 5 minutes, rinse with plenty of water.
