Olaplex is a three-step process (the first two # 1 and # 2 professionally applied) that include a proprietary active ingredient that works at the molecular level to find broken disulfide bonds in hair caused by chemical, thermal, or mechanical damage.

Bond Perfector Nº 2 is the second step of the Olaplex System that contains a single active ingredient: Bis-aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate and is highly effective on its own.

How does it apply?

Alternative ways to use Olaplex

1. Mini-treatments: Rinse hair well, towel dry and generously apply Olaplex Nº2. Work and leave for a minimum of 5 minutes. Follow with shampoo and conditioner. Works great before a haircut or blow-dry.
    
2. Cutting lotion: Rinse the hair and apply a small amount of Olaplex Nº2, proceed with the cut and then apply the shampoo and conditioner. Perfect for hair that does not have color or chemical services but does have damaged hair.
    
3. Extra Repair: Apply to rinsed, towel-dried hair. Leave to act for a maximum of 20 minutes. The hair receives the treatment and gets the benefits it needs.
    
4. Tints: Substitute for conditioners and gloss to dilute color. Adds protection while coloring and increases the duration and intensity of the color.
    
5. Root lightening protection: Apply Olaplex Nº2 before starting to lighten the root to avoid overlapping. If an overlap occurs, Olaplex will act to avoid breaking links.
    
6. Beard treatment: Apply Olaplex Nº2 on the beard and leave on for a minimum of 5 minutes. Follow with shampoo and conditioner.
