Valquer Deco Blue Bleaching powder blue 500g
Bleaching powder with wheat proteins that protect the hair fiber during the bleaching process.
Bleaches up to 6 shades.
How does it apply?
Mix for each 40g of bleach 60ml of hydrogen peroxide in cream of 20, 30 or 40 vol. Prepare the mixture in a non-metallic container.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair. The exposure time is 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the natural base of the hair and the desired result. Rinse with plenty of water and wash the hair.
