Welloxon Perfect Activating Cream is the color combination of Koleston Perfect Base and Innosense, Illumina Color, Blondor and Magma that guarantees the optimal performance of the color. 

MIX RATIO:

• To achieve 3 levels of rinsing: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 12%
• To achieve 2 levels of rinsing: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 9%
• To achieve 1 level of gray rinsing / coverage with the same depth or darker: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 6%
• For Special Blonde tones: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 2 parts of Welloxon Perfect 9% for 3 levels of rinsing or 12% for 4/5 levels of rinsing.

APPLICATION 

Koleston perfect is perfect for all hair coloring techniques

To get the same tone or darken:

Apply color on the entire head in the first application: moisten the hair.
Distribute the color of roots to tips with the help of a pallet or applicator bottle, comb to distribute evenly AND let act; without applying heat between 30-40 min, applying heat between 15-25 min

Rinse of tone:

First step: First application in the whole head, means and tips: comb to distribute it in means and ends. And to leave to act; without applying heat between 20min, applying heat 10 min
Second step: Apply the color mix at the root. And let act; without applying heat between 30-40 min, applying heat between 15-25 min
