Revlon Magnet Blondes Ultimate Powder 9
Bleaching powder specially designed to achieve the most daring blonde tones, improving lightening and optimizing the neutralization of unwanted yellow-orange tones.
Formulated without ammonia, capable of lightening up to 9 tones.
It includes the new REVLON BondIN System technology that provides a protective and reinforcing system for the internal bridges of the hair fiber so that the hair does not suffer so much during the lightening process.
How is it used?
Mix the necessary amount of powder with the Magnet Blondes Ultimate Developers until you get a uniform cream. (Mix ratio: 1: 1.5 to 1: 2.5)
Apply to dry hair.
Leave on for a maximum exposure time of 45 minutes, checking the hair every 5 minutes.
Rinse with plenty of water, wash and treat the hair.
